George serves as general counsel for his clients and provides legal services relating to day to day business operations and employee relations.  He helps clients avoid legal mistakes and costly litigation.  This includes assisting clients with forming a corporation, limited liability or other business structure, preparing partnership agreements, shareholder and buy-sell agreements, certificates of incorporation, by-laws, corporate minutes and resolutions that are required to be kept up to date on a regular basis.
